ugh, I hate bad diaper rash. We always have to wash PAC's butt in the sink and let it air dry, or pat it with a soft towel. I dont know co's recipe offhand, but my doc told us to use a squirt of lotrimin, a squirt of neosporin and a squirt of hydrocortisone 2-3 times a day, and triple or butt paste in between.

Attempt #2: My preceptor allowed me to change to Desitin Rapid Relief Cream…which is water-soluble and mixed better with the other ingredients.
